Every job is different. We schedule a free on-site consultation, provide a written price valid for 7 days, and once the scope is finalized the contract price is the agreed price.
How do I get a price for my project?
Every project is different, so we don’t quote from photos alone. We’ll schedule a free on-site consultation, review the work with you, and provide a written price.
How long is an estimate valid?
Once we provide a written price, it is valid for 7 days.
Can the price change after I approve the estimate?
Once the project scope is finalized and you sign the contract, the price written in the contract is the agreed price. If the scope changes later, that may require a written change order.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We offer a free on-site consultation and written estimate for residential and commercial projects across Long Island.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homeowners and businesses across Long Island, including Nassau County and Suffolk County.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Blue Mountain Construction Inc. is a licensed and insured contractor. Ask us for current insurance documentation if your project requires it.
What services do you provide?
We provide roofing, siding, masonry, carpentry, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting, tile installation, dormers and extensions, porches and decks, stairs and railings, and related home improvement work.
Do you handle permits?
When permits are required, we help guide the process and can assist with the documentation needed for your project. Requirements vary by town and job type.
How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on the scope, materials, weather, and access. We’ll review expected timing during your free on-site consultation and confirm dates in the contract.
Do you work on both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We handle residential remodeling and construction as well as commercial renovation and improvement projects on Long Island.
